VOUCHERS
Please note that ALL voucher, discount and promotional codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
REFUND AMOUNT
Total amount paid for returned item(s) will be provided only in the form of store credit.
Store credit is to be redeemed in a single transaction only. No cash will be reimbursed for unused store credit.
PERSONAL DATA
We may collect, use and disclose personal data that you provide to us to supply the product to you,
process your payment for the Product, to send you newsletters if you have registered for our mailing list, and other specified purposes.
DELIVERY
The cost of delivery of your Order will be displayed to you on our Site. We offer international shipping and you may refer to our INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING for more details. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse to our local delivery partner within an estimated 1-5 working days. Our local delivery partner shall deliver the Product to the address specified in your Order.
For Pre Order goods will roughly takes 30-35 working days to be processed and dispatched .
If delivery of your Product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly and the Product will be dispatched after it becomes available.
The time for delivery shall not be of the essence, and neither we nor our agents shall be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND DEFECTS
We try to be accurate as reasonably possible in our descriptions of products available for purchase through the Site. There might be 1-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material and the way measurement is taken.

However, our products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our Site are for illustrative purposes only.
Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration.
We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Minor variations in measurement (within 0.8 inches) are not considered a defect
You are responsible for ensuring that your sizing measurements are accurate. If you believe you have received a defective item, please email us at hsockyin@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph of the defect.
Postage will be reimbursed for all items acknowledged to be defective. All items mailed back to us must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit refund will be issued.
PACKAGING
All goods come with a dust bag . Gift box is available for purchase with extra charges.
Note that all dust bag and gift box are subject to availability.
SHIPPING FEE
Local shipping is flat rate RM 10 , and for Sabah Sarawak it would be flat rate of RM 15 .
International rates may change based on exchanged rate. Shipping cost will appear together with your total after check out.

Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Return services are only available for online orders purchased at original prices.

2. Condition for Returns
Products must be in their original condition with tags intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, including complete original packaging and shoulder straps.

3. Free Gift Policy

When applying for a return, if the order total no longer meets the free gift threshold, please return the gift with the item.
If you wish to keep the gift, we will deduct the price of the gift from the refund amount.

Return and Refund will only be done for a product(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
Return and/or Exchange for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
Exchanges are only applicable for defective or incorrect items received. Please contact our customer service on Whatapps within 3 days of receiving the product, and we will further assist you.
The following conditions are considered normal and not defective: Measurement deviations within 1-3 cm, small stains, minor loose threads, slight detachment or snags, slight color variations between batches, and damage caused by human actions.

PROCEDURE
To start a return request, please refer to the following steps:

Get in touch with our Customer Service via Whatapps/ Instagram (compulsory)
Once you get the confirmation from the team, fill up the Return Form
Pack the product(s) back into its original packaging along with its packing list
Send your return parcel to the given address with a delivery method that allows tracking .

IMPORTANT REMARKS

Kindly note that all return parcels are dealt via mailing only. If returned product(s) does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, We reserves the right to reject the return and any request for a refund. Note that return delivery fee to Our address and second delivery to recipient’s address will be borne by customers.
Only returns via mailing are accepted as we do not honour return via walk-ins .
